Our process

Get ready to be led up the garden path, but in the best way. In addition to your pool and outdoor building needs, we’ll plan and execute your landscaping from concept, to install and maintenance. If you’re a pool and landscaping client of ours, our process will work a little something like this. First we’ll visit you onsite and get a good understanding of the environment, the surrounds and an overall sense of what you’d like to achieve with your space. We’ll send you our quote, and finalise our design once it’s approved. This final design includes a planting plan, and makes sure all of our selections are suited to your site, for example the sunlight exposure in your space and level of maintenance you want to provide to upkeep your oasis. From end to end, your project will be overseen by one of our Project Managers so you know you’re receiving a high quality, dedicated service.
