Our process

Picture this. After you contact us, we visit you on site and get a good understanding of your vision, what you want to achieve with your space and your budget. We’ll send you an our quote, followed by a preliminary design (cue you getting very excited for summer to roll around!). From there, we work with you to finalise design and get it ready for council and construction. We then work with Certifiers, town planners and council to obtain approval. Then the fun really starts - construction!

When you build or renovate a pool with us, you’ll be assigned one of our highly experienced Project Managers to see your project from start to finish. We co-ordinate all landscaping and any outdoor building requirements (cabana, anyone?) and the process is usually seamless and stress-free. Our decades of experiences means that for any challenges that do arise, we deal with them swiftly and with ease. Before you know it, you’re watering your new garden and diving in to your very own oasis.
